Employment & Business Litigation
Wei Liu's practice focuses on a variety of business litigation matters including claims for breach of contract, business torts, unfair competition, antitrust, and fraud and misrepresentation. Wei has experience in numerous stages of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, discovery, and pre-trial motion practice in state and federal court.
Wei graduated cum laude from the University of California, Irvine School of Law and served as the Business and Development Manager and an Associate Editor of the UC Irvine Law Review. While in law school, Wei externed for the Honorable Erithe A. Smith of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Central District of California. Wei also participated in the Appellate Litigation Clinic where she drafted appellate briefs and argued in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Prior to law school, Wei earned her Master's degree in Education from Stanford University and taught high school history. Wei graduated from Bryn Mawr College with a B.A. in history.
