Lynn Chang has represented clients in all stages of civil litigation from pre-litigation through appeals in both state and federal courts, and also has represented clients in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. Lynn's practice includes a diverse mix of commercial litigation and employment matters, including breach of contract, lease disputes, business torts, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims.

Prior to joining the firm, Lynn was an associate with a full-service business law firm where she represented major insurers in insurance coverage and business owners and individuals in litigation. Lynn earned her JD from the George Washington University Law School, where she was the Articles Editor for the Federal Communications Law Journal, and during law school, she clerked with the U.S. Copyright Office and contributed to legal research on common law copyright. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Economics.
