Kaitlin Hall has experience in numerous stages of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, discovery, depositions, and pretrial motion practice. Kaitlin is experienced in working closely with clients to ensure that the client's goals are always kept at the forefront of every case. She also has experience representing clients in alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation and arbitration.
Kaitlin is experienced in defending employers against claims under the Fair Employment and Housing Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and the California Family Rights Act. Kaitlin’s practice also includes a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, product liability, business torts, real estate disputes, and unfair competition claims.
In addition to her litigation practice, Kaitlin also advises employers to ensure that their employment practices are in compliance with all relevant state and federal laws. This includes helping employers develop employment policies, draft employee handbooks, handling employee separations, and conducting workplace investigations.
