Kaitlin has experience in numerous stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and pretrial motion practice. Kaitlin is also experienced in working closely with clients to ensure that the client's goals are always kept at the forefront of every case.

Prior to law school, Kaitlin worked extensively in the restaurant industry, which provides her with a unique insight into the service industry and its corresponding employment-related matters. Kaitlin's employment-related experience extends to defending employers against wrongful termination, employment discrimination and harassment, and wage and hour claims. Kaitlin also has experience defending employers against claims under the Fair Employment and Housing Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, the California Unruh Civil Rights Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and the California Family Rights Act. In addition to her litigation practice, Kaitlin also advises employers to ensure that their employment practices are in compliance with all relevant state and federal laws. This includes helping employers develop employment policies, draft employee handbooks, handling employee separations, and conducting workplace investigations.

In her free time, Kaitlin loves cooking and baking for her family and friends and trying new restaurants. She also enjoys reading novels, spending time outdoors, and playing with her two kittens, Alfie and Ada.
