Robert (“Bob”) Dickson has been a litigator in Orange County for over thirty years. During that time, he has tried numerous jury trials and conducted countless court trials and arbitrations.
Mr. Dickson began his practice in 1988 as an associate in a Medical Malpractice defense firm. From there he practiced in a boutique Newport Beach real estate law firm. Mr. Dickson then transitioned to work for the firm of the Herman Scoville award winner, Robert von Esch II, where he handled major litigation matters. During that time, he had a client that was a national marketing company who took him in-house as its general counsel overseeing the Legal Department and Human Resources.
While in-house general counsel, Mr. Dickson interacted with major retailers across America, including Wal Mart, Target and Kroger. Additionally, he worked with consumer product companies such as General Mills, Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson. While he oversaw and participated in litigation for the company, he missed the day to day activities of litigation so he returned to it.
Mr. Dickson has found a home at RWT&P and practices general business litigation, title work and employment law. He represents publicly traded and privately held corporations, property management companies and select individuals.
Mr. Dickson received his undergraduate degree from UCLA and his JD from Western State University of Law.
